But tennis ace Johanna Konta has proved there really is no excuse to avoid exercising.
The British number one is using her tiny high-rise hotel room in Melbourne, where she is quarantining before the Australian Open next month, to get in shape for the competition.

The 29-year-old began her workout with a low lunge, moving her weight back and forth as she lifted a weighted ball above her head.
Miss Konta, who is ranked 14th in the world, also wrapped a green resistance band around her thigh, which helps improve both muscular and bone strength.
She then stood on two exercise sliders with a resistance band around her feet and slowly turned her heels in and out. She wrote on Instagram: ‘This is a real exercise I promise.’
Miss Konta, who wore a white T-shirt with black leggings and light pink trainers, also used heavy battle ropes, which increase full body strength.

The Australian Open was due to begin on January 18 but has been postponed until February 8 due to the pandemic.
Competitors are required to have a negative Covid-19 test before arriving in Melbourne.
They must then quarantine in their hotel rooms for 14 days and pass further Covid tests.
Scot Sir Andy Murray, 33, tested positive earlier this week, jeopardising his plans to play in the competition.
