ABC TV's cooking show The Cook and the Chef was axed in 2009 after four seasons. But now, fans of the program are calling for co-hosts Maggie Beer and Simon Bryant to reunite and film new episodes, more than a decade after it finished airing. 'I absolutely loved the show.
