Trump tears into Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp for failing to overturn Biden's win and says the Republican does more harm than the 'radical left' after rejecting president's plea to intervene during Oval Office call

President Donald Trump harshly characterized the Republican governors of Arizona and Georgia as fighting 'harder against us than do the Radical Left Dems' as he and wife Melania Trump left the White House to head to a Senate runoff rally in Georgia. Hours after Georgia Governor Brian Kemp rejected the president's plea to help overturn Joe Biden's win in the state, the president tweeted that the 'Democrat Party could not be happier' with them. 'They fight harder against us than do the Radical Left Dems. If they were with us, we would have already won both Arizona and Georgia.'   The president also tweeted that he had 'received more LEGAL votes by far. All I can do is run, campaign, and be a good (great!) President - it is 100% up to the states to manage the election. Republicans will NEVER forget this.'    The president and First Lady waved to supporters as they walked along the South Lawn of the White House and boarded Marine One for a short trip

Top health expert Sir Jeremy Farrar reveals he had to resit his A-levels and only recently stopped having nightmares about them

One of the country's top health experts has revealed he had to resit his A-levels - and has only recently stopped having nightmares about them. Professor Sir Jeremy Farrar - a member of the UK Government's Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) - said some students are 'late developers' or have 'bad days' and they should be offered second chances.  Sir Jeremy said he would be 'thrilled' if people are inspired by his story of things turning out well after poor exam results. The scientists - who sits on the body advising ministers on Covid-19 - said he worries about how 'pressured' education has become. Supercar drivers cause mayhem in Central London with modified vehicles performing 'burnouts' as large crowds gather to watch

A group of petrol heads caused chaos in Central London last night as a large number of high performance cars met up for a cruise.  Several of the cars entertained the gathered crowds by performing burnouts.  Videos from the scene showed plumes of smoke while the audio captured the sound of engines revving.  Some petrolheads enjoy doing 'burnouts', which involve spinning the back wheels of the car while standing on the brakes to prevent the car from shooting forward.  If there is more space, the driver might start doing doughnuts, spinning the car around in circles.  Witnesses said there were a large number of police officers who witnessed the reckless behaviour but did not intervene directly.  Performing burnouts or doughnuts on the public road places the driver at risk of a charge of dangerous driving.  Also, because the tyres are often destroyed or damaged while performing the stunt, this can lead to additional penalty points.   more videos Police swarm outside Harrods as

China slams Australia's efforts to develop a new hypersonic missile capable of flying from Melbourne to Sydney in seven minutes - saying it makes the country a 'threat'

China has hit out at Australia's plans to develop advanced hypersonic missiles with the US - labelling the strategy a 'potential threat' to the Asian superpower.  The Morrison government announced on Tuesday plans to build and test the high-tech cruise missiles that can travel at five times the speed of sound and sink aircraft carriers.  The missiles, designed to be fired from fighter jets, will be capable of flying the distance between Sydney and Melbourne in seven minutes.  Defence contractors are expected to take five to 10 years to complete the project, but the proposal prompted fierce backlash from state-controlled Chinese newspaper The Global Times. Lindsey Graham trolls AOC by saying he 'totally agrees with Obama' that the firebrand should have a 'prominent place' among the Democrats knowing her socialist politics sows division within her own party

South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is trolling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. on Twitter after former President Barack Obama said that she should have a more prominent platform in the Democratic party, 'in the spirit of unity.' 'In the spirit of unity, I completely agree with President @BarackObama's request that the Democratic Party allow a prominent place for @AOC and her socialist message,' Senator Graham wrote on Twitter in a deliberate dig at Ocasio-Cortez politics.     'It's always good to find bipartisan agreement!' he added.  Graham's backing comes knowing that Ocasio-Cortez's leftist political views are not popular with other wings of the party and have led to infighting among the ranks. Authorities investigate whether German tourists LIED to escape hotel quarantine in Sydney – sparking massive coronavirus scare with hundreds of passengers on same flight forced to isolate immediately

An investigation has been launched into how two international travellers dodged hotel quarantine and boarded a domestic flight, sparking a new coronavirus scare for dozens of passengers.   Travellers on a Virgin flight from Sydney to Melbourne on Saturday have been ordered to self-isolate immediately after Victorian authorities discovered two Germans on the flight failed to quarantine in New South Wales. Questions have now been raised as to how the pair avoided the compulsory 14 day quarantine at the heavily guarded Sydney International Airport, as NSW Police investigate whether they gave false information to authorities. The pair are believed to have used online services to check onto the domestic flight.  'Police are aware of the matter and are conducting further inquiries,' a NSW Police spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia.  Questions have been raised as to how two German travellers dodged hotel quarantine in Sydney to catch a domestic flight to Melbourne. Trump tells Georgia rally he can't be a 'gracious loser' because the Dems 'stole the election' and calls for a 'champion' to overturn Biden's win as he campaigns for Senate seats that 'are the last line of defense' against 'radical left'

President Donald Trump kicked off his Saturday night rally in Georgia for Republican Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue by continuing to claim he won the state during the presidential election.  'You know we won Georgia, just so you understand,' Trump told the large crowd gathered in Valdosta for the first post-election rally for the president.  In fact, President-elect Joe Biden won the state of Georgia by about 12,500 votes out of 5 million cast. Trump said that he traveled to Georgia to help 'ensure' the two Republicans win what are probably the most important Senate runoffs in US history.  The January 5 runoffs pit Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, against well-funded Democratic challengers Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock seeking to capture a state that has not elected a Democratic senator in 20 years. The races will determine which party controls the US Senate. Democrats need to gain both seats to seize a majority. If Republicans win one seat, they will retain contro
