A woman and her 54-year-old boyfriend are accused of befriending and sexually assaulting two sisters after meeting them on holidays. Laken Maree Rose, 31, and Andrew Alan Williams started filming the eight and four-year-old girls being raped after meeting them at the Bay of Plenty camping ground, southeast of Auckland, in late 2018. After the oldest child told her mother about a series of disturbing sexual 'games' the couple 'played' with her, police found images and videos of five more children being abused by the couple between 2014 and 2019. Altogether, police found more than 150,000 sickening photos and videos of child abuse in their home. Virgin Australia has 'one-upped' its frequent flyer program to try and poach Qantas customers after the rival airline tried to entice their loyal members away. Qantas launched its 'Qantas Status Fast Track' campaign in November in a bid to recruit frequent flyer members from 16 other airlines.  The airline has promised Gold and Platinum-tiered members from the other airlines that if they make the switch they will be fast-tracked to the top tier in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.    That means converted flyers would would be able to access Qantas' private lounges at the airport and enjoy flight benefits such as preferential seating without having to start the program from the beginning. Now Virgin Australia has responded to the marketing ploy, and said it will status-match Qantas Gold and above members if they turn to the airline's own Velocity Frequent flyer program. An Australian paedophile who live-streamed the abuse of a girl, 12, in the Philippines has been jailed for more than four years and the victim rescued from her abusers' clutches. Richard George Aldinger, 63, was arrested and charged last year after the Federal police were tipped off to an Australian repeatedly posting child pornography online.  Last September, detectives seized phones and computers from Aldinger's home in the quiet Sydney suburb of North Rocks.  It turned out to be vital evidence that eventually led Filipino authorities to save the girl in the vile videos from her horrid circumstances.  Aldinger on Monday was sentenced at the Parramatta District Court for a string of offences.
