According to authorities, 37-year-old FabÃan Olivera was allegedly drunk when he dove of a dam's ledge and landed in the reservoir
It takes Olivera close to three heart-stopping seconds to land in the reservoir.
He appears to freeze, and groans in pain before one witness asked if he was ok.
Local fisherman rescued Olivera from the water before paramedics rushed him to Schestakow Hospital.
Authorities confirmed through Olivera's wife that he had been drinking before diving off the dam's ledge.
Officials at the medical facility said that Olivera suffered a chest and abdomen trauma and was diagnosed with hypothermia.
He placed under observation in the intensive care unit and his condition was updated to stable.
