EXCLUSIVE: Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel met her current lawyer squeeze on 'sugar baby' site, where she asks for cash, $1,000 Prada bags and Dior sunglasses to sweeten the deal and warns: 'Careful you don't fall for me'

Tiger Woods' ex-mistress Rachel Uchitel met her new married boyfriend on a seedy website that connects women with wealthy men willing to pay for their company, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Uchitel, 45, has a profile on sugar daddy website Seeking Arrangement where she touts herself under the strapline 'high class discretion'.

Since joining in November, she has made at least two 'arrangements' with men she has met on the site – one of whom is San Diego lawyer Ed Batts, 47, who dumped his wife and her three kids from a previous marriage five days before Christmas to move to Palm Beach, where Uchitel is living.

DailyMail.com has obtained texts sent by Uchitel to a friend where she boasts about corporate lawyer Batts taking over her rent - but worried he was a 'one' in terms of looks.

Uchitel went on to talk about how he offered to pay her a monthly allowance, bought her an iPhone and offered to change the locks on his $5.5 million San Diego mansion so she that she could move in after his devastated wife was kicked out.

Her other fling on the site was with a Florida businessman that netted her $10,000 – and she sent her friend a photo of herself cradling an envelope containing $5,000 in cash after they spent their first night together on his yacht.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Uchitel said: 'Seeking Arrangement is a dating site just like bumble or match and you see the same faces on all the same sites.

'I didn’t add any thing on wish list. What’s on here has been added without my knowledge.

'I had one relationship from the site and it wasn’t Ed Batts. We had a relationship and not his was illegal and it was private and it worked for us.'

Uchitel, who is currently appearing on HBO docuseries Tiger where she discusses her affair with the golfer, had claimed not to be dating Batts until an exclusive DailyMail.com video was published showing the pair kissing.

Uchitel was paid $10m in January 2010 by Woods in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement and committing to keep quiet about her fling with the golfer.

Most of the money was returned a year later after Uchitel’s appearance on Celebrity Rehab in 2011, where she spoke briefly about the golfer.

Uchitel told her then lawyer Gloria Allred that she felt she hadn’t broken the confidentiality agreement but was advised otherwise and forced to hand back most of the cash.

Last week, his wife Robyn told DailyMail.com how the 47-year-old kept his plans to move to Florida quiet, secretly filing for divorce on December 17 and shipping his Porsche to Palm Beach before breaking the news and leaving on a red-eye flight on December 19.

Batts has denied he had left his wife for Uchitel and claimed they were not dating.

Now DailyMail.com can reveal exactly how the affair began – with a message from Batts to Uchitel via Seeking Arrangement sent on November 23.

The website, which bills itself as the '#1 Sugar Daddy Dating Site in the World', claims to specialize in 'upfront and honest arrangements with someone who will cater to your needs'.

Uchitel's profile makes clear that she is looking for a cash arrangement, with the 45-year-old writing that 'I am looking for a discreet arrangement that benefits us both.'

She adds: 'This isn't work. We will have a great time. No strings attached. I'm happy to be available exclusively to one person as well if the offer is right.'

The 45-year-old's profile also contains a gift list that stretches to 48 items, the cheapest of which is a $109 bouquet of roses.

Other items on the list include a $1,049 Prada bag, a pair of $459 Dior sunglasses and a $1,849 gold and diamond bangle.

In his message, Batts made clear he was willing to pay Uchitel a monthly allowance and flattered her by telling her she is 'out of my league'.

Batts left his wife of six years and her kids from a previous marriage behind in San Diego, California, for a new life in West Palm Beach, Florida with Uchitel, 45, and her eight-year-old daughter WyattNow Batts' devastated wife Robyn, 59, (pictured) has told DailyMail.com how he began an affair with Uchitel at the end of November after meeting her online and walked out less than a month later – leaving her heartbroken

He added: 'I have to say I really admire you. You have had some real public trials and tribulations … and you have persevered.

'You are gorgeous (at 45 you could still be a hostess at Tao in my book) and I am disappointed we are on different coasts.'

When Batts first sent a message, Uchitel was already enjoying an arrangement with a 54-year-old businessman who had agreed to pay her $5,000 every two weeks in exchange for her spending time with him – including 'being intimate'.

Photos obtained by DailyMail.com show the pair spending time together on his yacht along with a friend, while texts reveal her reluctance to have sex with him.

One exchange, sent the day before her first date with him on November 20, begins with a message from Uchitel that reads: 'So I have to f*** him. Basically. Ugh. How do I do that. I'm not into him. He should be so lucky. I told him 10k.'

She went on to describe their first dinner as 'very uncomfortable'. Uchitel added: 'Said he has 5k for me in cash but expects intimacy etc and 5k in 2 weeks.'

Her friend advised her to take the deal and Uchitel duly met the businessman for dinner. In the early hours of the 21st she sent another message that read: 'In car. Money in hand.'

When her friend asks her if it's the full $5,000, she replies: 'I didn't count it, just ran' and sent a photo showing an envelope stuffed with cash on her lap.

Two days later, Batts sent his first message and Uchitel ended her fling, although not before he paid her the second $5,000 installment.

Uchitel's relationship with Batts appeared to move quickly, with the smitten lawyer making it plain he was happy to support her and showering her with gifts, including an iPhone and cordless headphones.

The 45-year-old later boasted to her friend that Batts had taken over the lease on her Palm Beach apartment but admitted to qualms before meeting him in person for the first time for a naughty weekend away in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

On December 9, a day before the pair met for the first time, Uchitel admitted to having qualms.

Uchitel wrote: 'Ed is bringing his f***ing sleep apnia machine. I mean, it's a little much don't you think?'

But the 45-year-old changed her tune after meeting him at Denver Airport – where they were caught kissing on a DailyMail.com video – and sent her friend texts that read: 'I'm in first class and poor Ed is in coach. He's actually sexy in person!!! I thought he was going to be 1 on a scale of 1-10.'

By December 14, the texts reveal that she and Batts had already begun planning his move to Florida, beginning with the corporate lawyer taking over the lease on her townhouse.

According to the messages, he had also declared his intentions 'to put a ring on my finger,'  despite being married to someone else.

Uchitel wrote: 'His wife is a problem. But he wants me to move in and he wants to support me and be with me, as in put a ring on my finger to move Wyatt Uchitel's .'

The 45-year-old is now back in New York with her daughter and has spent the last week giving a round of interviews claiming not to be to blame for the end of Batts' marriage.

On Sunday, she told Page Six on Sunday that Batts' wife Robyn 'is using me as a target' and claimed the pair had been separated 'quite a while.'

Batts had filed for divorce on December 17 – just under a month after sending his first message to Uchitel.
