Moment migrants use rope ladder to scale steel fence at the Mexico-United States border a day after CBP said at least 400 miles of President Donald Trump's wall had been completed

A TikTok video shows a group of undocumented immigrants climbing up a rope ladder before scaling over a steel fence at the Mexico-United States border.

In the footage, which was reportedly recorded Saturday night, a male individual acts as a lookout while another man secures the bottom end of the ladder as three men slowly make their way to the top of the border wall in Ciudad Juárez across from El Paso, Texas.

'Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry. Let's go,' the lookout said as he captured the migrants going up the ladder, which appeared to be hooked to the top of the border structure. 'Nothing is approaching, nothing is approaching.'

One of the men subsequently makes it over the ledge of the border wall and starts to descend to American territory before someone asks the man recording them if any Mexican officers were in the vicinity.

'There's nothing son. There's nothing,' he replied as a second migrant reached the top of the border fence.

According to Mexican newspaper El Diario de Juárez, the social media account called 'TraviezosdeCDJuarez', has several videos which captures the unlawful entry of undocumented immigrants to the United States.

The account was deleted as of Monday from TikTok's network.

DailyMail.com reached out to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for comment.

The illegal border crossing recording came to light just one day after the Department of Homeland Security   and CBP championed the recent construction of close to 400 miles of a new border system to deter border crossers and human smugglers.

According to DHS Acting Secretary Chad Wolf, the Army Corps of Engineers are still working on providing border fencing for 210 additional miles and the government hope as many as 450 miles are finished by the end of 2020.

CBP said the border wall system will go up along the San Diego, El Centro, Yuma, Tucson, El Paso, Del Rio, Laredo and Rio Grande Valley sectors.

'Today is an historic day for the American people and for the Trump Administration, defying all those who said it couldn't be done,' said Acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli. 'The celebration of 400 miles of border wall system is a testament to President Trump's leadership and this Administration's commitment to secure our southern border and build an effective border wall system that protects all Americans.'

'The border wall system is Exhibit A in showing that the Trump Administration is serious about border security,' said CBP Acting Commissioner Mark Morgan.

'This wall saves American lives. Every single bit of concrete and steel that goes into the ground stops dangerous people and deadly drugs from coming into this country.'
