Katie Price has emotionally revealed that she turned up at The Priory begging doctors for help after experiencing suicidal thoughts.
In a new interview, the mother-of-five bravely opened up about her decision to seek professional help and her request to become an inpatient - something which she described as 'the best thing she's ever done.'
Katie, 42, who's now happy and in a loving relationship with Carl Woods, 31, admitted that she got to 'breaking point' where she felt she 'couldn't cope', but thankfully had a 'wake-up call' and put herself into rehab.

Katie told Mirror Online of her mental health struggles: 'I'd always tell people I'm fine when inside I'm crying but I'd never say it,' but eventually the star sought help.
She explained: 'I went to The Priory and booked in and said, 'I don't want to leave here, I want to be an inpatient, help me to sort out my head, this is my last chance to do it, I don't want to die, I don't want to kill myself, help me'.
'And it's the best thing I've ever done, I feel so good now, that's why I feel I've met Carl now because I know what I want, I know what I deserve, and when I'm happy the ship runs well.'

In an emotional trailer for a one-off special for My Crazy Life released in April, Katie candidly discussed being admitted to The Priory following a string of personal woes.
At the same she had been dealing with being declared bankrupt and her mother Amy's terminal illness.
Filming from her room at rehab, Katie said: 'My name's Katie Price. I've decided to check in as an inpatient.
'I think this is something that has been brewing for a while. There's only so much I can take as a human being.

'Everything just got to me. The only reason I'm sitting here now is because of my children. I've been to hell and back, but I'm starting to feel like me again.'
Katie was spotted outside the rehabilitation centre in February 2020, following a host of rehab stints over the past two years in the wake of legal issues and substance abuse.
Before her 2020 visits to The Priory, Katie last visited the facility in September 2018 when she spent 28 days as an inpatient after her family urged her to seek help following wild partying antics in Mallorca.
At the time, she was confronted by her loved ones after shocking footage emerged of her rapping 'I love coke' during a booze-fuelled hen do.

Katie broke down after the intervention and admitted she needed help to get over her chaotic behaviour, which she blamed on her PTSD.
In November 2019, the mother-of-five was declared bankrupt at a court after facing further legal action over her spiralling debts, said to be worth £800,000.
The CBB star had been pursued by creditors and the taxman after revealing she had spent her entire £45million fortune.
