Chrishell Stause shows off her toned legs in a form-fitting blue mini dress as she arrives at Dancing With The Stars practice

Chrishell Stause has been hitting the studio hard, as she prepares for another week on Dancing With The Stars.  

On Friday, the Selling Sunset beauty was back at it, for another day of rehearsal, flashing her million dollar smile in a figure-hugging dress. 

The 39-year-old reality star, who was seen yesterday in eighties-themed wardrobe, showed off her killer legs in a business casual look.

Chrishell looked upbeat, as she walked to practice in a baby blue short-sleeved dress. 

The form-fitting dress also put her toned legs on display, as she accentuated them in a pair of nude strappy stilettos. 

Stause came prepared for a long day of rehearsal, carrying a bag of groceries from trendy market, Erewhon, for some much needed fuel. 

She had her trusty New Kids on the Block tote bag on one arm, and a turquoise Boy Chanel handbag on the other, as she flashed a wave for the camera.

 Always looking on point, Chrishell showed up to the studio with a full face of makeup, and perfectly coiffed hair that she wore down. 

She made sure to secure a colorful face mask over her nose and mouth, as she walked into the studio, to meet her partner Gleb Savchenko. 

At one point she appeared giggly, as she kept her energy up at the end of a long week. 

The Kentucky native was in good spirits, a few days after revealing on social media that she and dance pro, Gleb, had their first fight.

 Though they moved past it, she revealed that they were 'finding the balance,' as she seemed hopeful this would be their best performance yet.

 The pair, have been relentlessly preparing for this week's 'eighties night,'  and took to Instagram on Friday, to share that #TeamSellingIt was 'so excited.'

'This is my favorite dance, favorite song, everything,' Chrishell shared, revealing that the duo would be dancing the Cha Cha, to The Right Stuff by New Kids on the Block.   

Chrishell continued to say that this was her 'all time favorite week,' as she cheekily added, she was looking to bring 'the right stuff' to the ballroom.
