After picking up her children from school in New York's West Village on Wednesday, the 44-year-old model was seen taking Grace, nine, and Finn, six, out for frozen yoghurt at 16 Handles.
And it wasn't just the children who enjoyed the trip to the fullest, but all three hand their hands full, carrying a pink cup of favourite flavour of froyo.

Instead, the blonde boy - who was wearing a matching black and white athletic jersey and shorts - had an empty back and both hands on his snack to-go.
Grace, however, handled her own backpack like a big girl, as she walked around in a baby blue tee, bright pink shorts and gym shoes.
She looked just like her mommy, showing her clear complexion and silky brunette locks that were tied back into a low ponytail.
Christy's children come from her marriage with actor Edward Burns whom she has been married to since 2003.
