Alessandra Amrbosio appeared undaunted by L.A.'s skyrocketing temperatures during a stroll through the city's Brentwood Country Mart on Wednesday morning.
The Victoria's Secret Angel strolled the streets in search of coffee and pastries wearing a tiny pair of teal denim shorts that showcased her show-stopping legs.

She completed her summery ensemble with a fitted, multicolor-patterned sweater, hot pink ballet flats and over-sized sunglasses.
The on-the-go mother of Anja, 4, and Noah, 10 months, seemed slightly overwhelmed as she toted a cell phone, a wallet, and a set of keys, as well as her morning libation and treats.
The model could've used the help of her fiance, entrepreneur Jamie Mazur, who was noticeably absent from the outing.

It's shaping up to be quite a busy week for Ambrosio.
On Thursday, she'll celebrate her 32nd birthday, and later this week, she'll pack up her collection of highly-coveted boho-chic duds and hit the road for Coachella. 
The music-loving model is a seasoned veteran of the desert-based festival, having attended each year between 2008 and 2011. 
She expressed her excitement for the weekend by Tweeting a photograph of herself from the 2010 event, captioning it, '#throwbackthursday #coachella 1 week to go...#funnn #music #rockandroll.'

Ambrosio, who gained international fame shilling lingerie for Victoria's Secret, has remained silent in the aftermath of fellow Angel Miranda Kerr's firing by the brand.
The Australian supermodel, who is married to British actor Orlando Bloom with whom she shares two-year-old son Flynn, has been let go as one of the main faces of the lingerie brand after her $1 million, three year-contract 'was not renewed.'

A source told America's Us Weeklythat the 29-year-old beauty 'has a difficult reputation' and suggested it was the main reason she will no longer walk the company's star-studded annual catwalk show wearing a prestigious pair of angel's wings, an honour reserved for just a handful of the brand's top faces.
Another source suggested the brunette model is 'not a big seller for VS', compared to its other Angels like Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, 24, and Adriana Lima, 31.

Miranda will reportedly still walk in the company's runway show later this year and will also appear in its catalogue.

The source said: 'They can still use her for catalogue, where she will get a day rate, but she doesn't have to be an Angel to do that.'

 

 

Silver lining: Kerr, 29, will continue to appear in catalogue advertisements for the brand

A separate insider tells People she is known in the industry as a diva, adding: 'She can be difficult at shoots and appearances. She's not very timely. She's standoffish with the rest of the girls.'
But one source added: 'If Miranda and Victoria's Secret part ways it's not because of her behaviour. It's purely contractual. She'll be coming back for the show but it's unclear if she'll be in future campaigns. But she is definitely one of the most popular models and in high demand.'

Executives from Victoria's Secret did not deny that Miranda's contract has not been renewed, but chief marketing officer Ed Razek insisted he has already invited her to walk in the 2013 runway show in New York in November.
