Smash and Dad! Thief dumps his toddler on the floor to steal a giant bear from an arcade machine then flees clutching the boy and the toy
This is the moment a father dumped his toddler son on the floor and smashed an arcade machine to steal the prize teddy bear.
The bizarre incident took place in the foyer of a Pyaterochka store in the town of Rostov, in Yaroslavl Oblast, western Russia, on the afternoon of December 15.
The CCTV footage shows the father stealing the giant bear out of the machine - and then having to stop his son running onto the shop floor so they can make their escape.

In the clip, the father places his toddler on the floor before apparently punching the machine’s glass panel.
With his back to the tot, the man smashes the arcade machine and reaches inside to take the teddy.
The little boy falls over and then gets up off the ground and runs away from his father.
The bizarre incident was captured on CCTV and shows the man smashing the machine’s glass panel. He then reaches inside to take the teddy and grabs his son before swiftly exiting the store
His father who has by now retrieved the toy, chases after him and scoops him up with one arm while still clutching the large soft toy in the other.
He then scarpers out the sliding glass doors clutching his son and the teddy and disappears.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that they are trying to find the unidentified man.
