Lockdown dodger who threatened to return to Perth 'by force' breaches quarantine AGAIN by leaving her hotel room to visit a shopping centre, hairdresser and petrol station

A lockdown dodger has breached quarantine for the second time after escaping her hotel room to go shopping in Perth.

Isata Jalloh, 19, and a friend fled mandatory quarantine at Novotel Hotel to 'hang out with friends' and make the most of their 'vacation' after flying into Western Australia in August.

The pair were caught by police at a unit in Coolbellup, in the south of Perth, and were escorted back to hotel quarantine before being put on a return flight to South Australia.

Once on the ground in Adelaide, the duo refused to apologise for their behaviour - and even threatened to do it again.

'Sorry for what? Did we commit a crime? Did we kill anyone?' Jalloh told Nine News  at the time.

'We will enter by force.'

Jalloh seemingly stuck to her promise and entered Perth again this month but this time with a G2G pass and an exemption on compassionate grounds.

The teenager touched down last Sunday but allegedly skipped quarantine to visit a Belmont shopping centre, The West Australian reported.

She was caught by police after they called to check on her. The officers were alerted to her breach after hearing background noise from the shopping centre during the phone conversation.

Police allege Jalloh visited a hairdresser while at the shops and she also went to a petrol station with another man to buy food.

Hotel CCTV footage allegedly showed the young woman leave her room with a man and woman a mere few hours after her arrival. She was also allegedly seen taking an Uber.

In later footage, a man and a woman are allegedly seen visiting Jalloh's room with alcohol in hand.

Jalloh, who appeared in court from Bandyup prison, was denied bail by magistrate Ben Tyers on Friday, who described her alleged offending as 'very worrying'.

'(The allegations) are persistent, brazen and an absolute disregard to the quarantine procedure,' he said.

Jalloh will reappear in court on December 22.

South Australia is the only state or territory where travellers entering Western Australia must quarantine for two weeks, following an outbreak in Adelaide's north.
