'I've given up on Tinder': Wannabe wife visits Bunnings to try and snag herself a husband - even asking a shop assistant if they have any in stock

An Australian woman looking for love has gone viral on TikTok after ditching dating apps for a Bunnings Warehouse store.

Leesh Cunningham, from New South Wales, shared a two-part video to the social media platform trying her luck at finding a husband in the popular department store.

In the hilarious clips she is seen wandering through each aisle and even asking a Bunnings employee if they had any men left in stock.

'So I've given up on Tinder and online dating and I've gone for a more traditional approach... I've come to Bunnings to find a husband,' she said.

After trying each aisle she eventually gives up adding she 'must have picked a bad time of day'.

Ms Cunningham was at it again a few days later, this time standing in the aisles with flyers listing a series of phone numbers.

Sitting on a display toilet in the department store, the young woman tried to find a plumber.

With no immediate luck she turned to a shop assistant for help.

'I'm just looking for a husband and was told you guys had them here,' she is seen saying to a staff member.

'They're flying off the shelf, if we have any they'll be in the back corner on the left,' the employee replied.

'Got to be there between 6-8am and 5-9pm, that's when the tradies get their supplies,' one commented.

'So my friends and I go to Bunnings and just lift the hood of our car and just stand against the car... thank us later,' another wrote.

'Don't give up, I got my man from there, he's alright,' said one.

'You need to be at 7/11 between 5am and 6.30am,' someone suggested.

'Honestly servos in the early morning are where the tradies are at. Met my partner there,' one commented.

'You need to go to Mitre 10 not Bunnings,' one said.

Her attempts weren't all for nothing though with some potential suitors asking her to let them know which Bunnings she'd be heading to next.
