Flipping fascinating! Dolphins are entranced by a fidget spinner as visitor holds it up to their aquarium

This is the adorable moment a pair of dolphins become fascinated by a fidget spinner outside their tank.

Footage taken at the Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta, shows two dolphins following the device as it spins against the glass.

A visitor hold up the toy and the captivated duo watch, keeping close to the glass. 

The two dolphins at Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta, are fascinated by the fidget spinner and watch it as it moves against the glass, following it with their heads 

One of the pair is fixated moves its head in circles when the fidget spinner is moved. 

In the video, uploaded on December 10, the person moves the toy up and down and the animals nod as they watch.

One dolphin floats on its back throughout the encounter and follows the fidget spinner with its eyes.

It waves its fins around as though the animal is trying to clap with excitement.  

The person holding the toy holds a camera in their hands and gets lots of up close-up shots of the captivated animals.  

They said: 'While viewing the dolphins at the Georgia Aquarium they noticed my fidget spinner and seemed to really like it.'
