The dog barked incessantly as he chased after the train as it made its way around the track
She said: 'My husband found the Santa's Express Train in the attic when getting our Christmas decorations out.
'My dad had purchased the Christmas train for our girls many years ago when they were little so we weren't even sure if it would work!'
Ms Light added that, after the footage was filmed on November 21, the dog 'spent hours with my girls playing with the train!'
She said once Max was exhausted they decided to 'rehome' the train to another family, and now Max can rest easy now that the noisy toy is out of the house.
Ms Light was forced to give away the train set because it was annoying her pet so much
