Model, 24, who yelled 'stop trying to be a white woman' while yanking out Good Samaritan's hair when she tried to calm street row is spared jail

A model who pulled out a woman's hair in front of her children was branded a 'violent narcassist' and told off by a judge for smiling as her 'disgraceful' behaviour was detailed in court.

Eishea McNabb, 24, assaulted good samaritain Michelle Osbourne at Heathbrook Park, Wandsworth, southwest London, on September 20 last year.

The victim was told to 'stop trying to be a white woman' when she came to the aid of a witness who McNabb was arguing with after a football was kicked at her car. 

The judge slammed McNabb's actions in court as she tried to fire her lawyer and  smiled as evidence was read out after she admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Judge Snow told her: 'You are a child, a narcissist and violent who needed to learn a sharp lesson.'

Misba Majid, prosecuting, told Westminster Magistrates' Court how McNabb started an argument as the good samaritain and her two children came to intervene after a dispute over a football kicked at a car.  

The lawyer said: 'At around 3.30pm the defendant became very angry with a witness as a result of her kicking a football and hitting her car and she started arguing.

'At this point Ms Osbourne assisted the witness.

'The defendant told Ms Obsourne: "Butt out, you are a sell-out. Stop trying to be a white woman."'

District Judge Michael Snow looked over at McNabb and said: 'I wouldn't sit there smiling if I were you because I don't think that helps.'

Ms Majid continued: 'The defendant pulls her hair causing threads to fall out.

'She describes redness and soreness. When she went home she found 2cm of her scalp had baldness and the head completely broken off and having cuts in that area.'

Chengatai Mupara, defending McNabb, said: 'She is a bright young woman she has a degree from the University of Northampton. She is working as an estate agent. She has a bright future ahead of her.

'She does show a great deal of remorse for what she has done. She says she acted in a childish manner, there is clearly some issues with maturity.'

Earlier the model had tried to fire McNabb only for Judge Snow to ask her: 'Are you paying for the lawyer?

'Why are you sending people away you're not paying for?'

Sentencing the judge told McNabb: 'You owe Mr Mupara a considerable vote of thanks because when I read this my initial view was you had to go to prison for 26 weeks.

'You are a child, a narcissist and violent who needed to learn a sharp lesson.

'This was a truly disgraceful crime, there were children playing in park, a ball is kicked against your car and you become aggressive.

'When this lady is simply trying to calm you down you make an allusion to her colour and the fact she shouldn't be standing up for someone of different colour from yourself.

'You attacked her with such ferocity you pulled hair from her head. I don't know how quickly - or indeed if - women's hair grows back.'
