Calling for bark-up! Puppy enlists a bigger dog for protection after cat takes a swipe at him with his claws

This is the hilarious moment a puppy called on a bigger dog to protect him from a territorial cat.

Four-month-old Cavapoo Louie was trying to walk into the bathroom in his house in New York, but the homeowner's cat Marvin, seven, had other ideas.

The footage shows Marvin with his claws clasped around Louie's head as he squeals in pain before being released and cowering away.

However a few seconds later Louie returns with back-up in the form of a much bigger dog, one-year-old Leela.
