Serial killer Levi Bellfield’s mum has been ordered to stay away from the ex-girlfriend he had three children with.Jean Bellfield, 75, and her partner John Lee, 72, were alleged to have repeatedly driven past Emma Mills’ house and her children’s school.But a harassment case against them was dropped and they were given a restraining order forbidding contact and banning them from four streets.The order runs until January 2014 and also forbids Bellfield and Lee, of Feltham, Middlesex, from getting others to contact Ms Mills, of Esher, Surrey.After a hearing at Staines magistrates court, their solicitor Julie Cooper said: “They have denied the accusations."This should have been dealt with in this manner from the outset.Former nightclub bouncer Levi Bellfield, 44, is serving life in jail for the murders of Milly Dowler, 13, Marsha McDonnell, 19, and Amelie ­Delagrange, 22.Ms Mills, who met the killer in a club when she was 17, gave evidence against him in court
