Fired anchor Letterman

Fired anchor Letterman, fired small-town North Dakota anchor A.J. Clemente will visit the LATE SHOW with David Letterman Wednesday night.

Clemente became an Internet phenomenon this week when a clip of him on his first day anchoring the news at KFYR, an NBC affiliate in Bismarck, N.D., made the rounds.

Not realizing his microphone was on at the top of Sunday night’s news broadcast, Clemente uttered some profanities that were broadcast on air.

Clemente immediately tweeted his thoughts following the show.

That couldn't have gone any worse!—
