He's the Melbourne-based comedian who loves to crack off-coloured gags on The Project.

And on Thursday, Tommy Little took it upon himself to don a brown wig and compare himself to NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, with mixed results.

The 36-year-old's Project co-host Jan Fran seemed lost for words, writing: 'Okay, I'm not sure what's happening but this is upsetting me deeply.'

Jan's comment attracted 42 likes, with others also admitting they had mixed feelings about the post.
