Scott Disick was out in Los Angeles with his new girlfriend looking to buy a lavish love nest last week – and may be planning to drop $115 million on his new pad.

The 37-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star viewed four mega-mansions around the luxury neighborhood of Holby Hills, all worth tens of millions of dollars.

In tow was his new 19-year-old girlfriend, model Amelia Gray Hamlin, a sign that the couple’s relationship may be getting serious, after they reportedly struck up a casual relationship following his August break up with his previous girlfriend of three years, 22-year-old model Sofia Richie.

Disick’s first stop in a blacked-out SUV was at a $78 million mansion on the famous South Mapleton Drive.

Disick then took a stroll around the even more opulent $115 million Owlwood Estate nearby.

The nine-bed, ten-bath mansion is on a sprawling 10 acres made of three conjoined lots, hidden behind tall hedges in the heart of Holmby Hills.

The mansion, named Owlwood, was designed by architect Robert D Farquhar in 1936 and previously owned by actor Tony Curtis and singer Cher.

Boasting an Olympic-size swimming pool, pool house and tennis court, it was the largest house in Los Angeles when it was built.

Designed as a classic villa with grand European-style carved wooden doors, Hilton Hyland’s video advertising the property tells a story that might have appealed to the newly loved-up Disick.

A model in a semi-sheer silver slip waits in the bedroom for her briefcase-carrying husband to arrive home, dropped off by a chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce.

She brings him wine on a silver tray as he plays at the grand piano in one of the mansion’s many drawing rooms, then the fabulously wealthy fantasy couple take a stroll in the property’s endless grounds.

Disick listed his 8,110 sq ft Hidden Hills mansion in September last year for $13 million, aiming to net a sizable profit from the $5.96 million he paid in January 2016.

However, public property records do not yet show a sale.

He first tried to flip the home in six months and list it for $8.8 million, but when he couldn’t find a buyer even for under $8 million, he put the seven-bed mosaic stone-floored home up for rent at $60,000 per month.

Disick was taken round the four mansions by his agent, Tomer Fridman of realtor company Compass.

Fridman took over the Mapleton Drive listing from the Altman Brothers and is now showing it with Drew Fenton of Hilton and Hyland, a source close to the company told DailyMail.com.

The property, originally listed in 2018 at $78 million but now down to $65 million, is currently owned by fashion designer Eva Chow. Fridman is also one of the listing agents for Owlwood.
