The light-fingered cyclist ran up behind his unsuspecting cyclist victim and stole the gadget from her pocket.Thief Wang Hongbo was caught on camera and later seen examining the phone in a back-street in Zhengzhou, China.He was then witnessed selling the phone in a nearby second-hand shop.But the 32-year-old didn't count on a passer-by posting pictures of the criminal act online.
Hongbo eventually handed himself into police.
