They're usually spotted toting daughter India Rose, one, all around town.
But Thor actor Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky couldn't resist the appeal of a leisurely series of strolls sans baby through New York City's trendy SoHo neighbourhood on Saturday afternoon.
Hemsworth, 29, showed his obvious affection for his wife, 36, by grasping her hand and draping his arm around her shoulders.

The parents, who married in 2010 and welcomed India in 2012, seem to have adopted each other's style senses. 

They pounded the pavement in similar black leather jackets, with Pataky wearing her biker jacket from AllSaints, and both in oversized sunglasses.
Pataky completed her rough-edged ensemble with black jeans, a plum-hued scarf, studded motorcycle boots and a snakeskin crossbody bag. 
Meanwhile, Hemsworth opted for dark indigo denim, brown work boots and a New York City Fire Department cap.

The two capitalised on their time together by indulging in an afternoon shopping excursion. 

Pataky consulted a friend for her opinion on a grey scoop neck shirt and later implied that the trip was successful by carrying a red shopping bag.
People magazine crowned the Spanish-born stunner its Beauty of the Week just last Thursday.

Continuing their tour of the city, the twosome enjoyed a solo luncheon.
They altered their dress only slightly, with Pataky trading in her bomber for a thicker, mid-thigh-length grey AllSaints Tula coat and taming her blonde pixie cut with a magenta head wrap.
Hemsworth swapped his cap and aviator shades for a rust-colored beanie and a pair of orange-framed sunglasses.
Former model Pataky will reprise her role as police officer Elena Neves in May's upcoming Fast & Furious 6. 
Likewise, her husband has remained occupied with several film projects of his own.

He next will appear in Thor sequel Thor: The Dark World, slated for a November release, alongside Black Swan phenom Natalie Portman.
And shortly the Australian heartthrob will depart for England to begin production on Marvel's The Avengers 2, directed -- like its predecessor -- by cult favorite Joss Whedon.

Expressing her appreciation of her husband earlier this week, Pataky noted that Hemsworth and his brothers, Liam and Luke, 'really know how to take care of women,' adding, 'their mom did a great job with them.'
