She's clearly a fan of styling her locks in cool beachy waves.
But heading to a popular Las Vegas nightclub may not be the best time or place for that.
Rumer Willis sported a particularly crumpled hair style on Saturday night as she headed to see Snoop Dogg perform at the Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas with her boyfriend Jayson Blair.

The 24-year-old looked as though she made little effort to style her hair after spending much of the day lounging poolside at the Marquis Dayclub with Jayson.
The  arsh yellow and orange ombre hairstyle left her looking unstyled as she teamed it with a modern little black dress that clung to her thin frame.
Her four-toned tresses then seemed to be growing into her coat, as her platinum locks played tricks on the cameras against her gold-tipped shoulders.

But despite the fashion faux-pas, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore was beaming as she posed alongside her boyfriend Jayson Blair.
The 28-year-old actor, who stars in the NBC sitcom The New Normal, couldn't keep himself away from his girlfriend of eight months as he hugged and kissed her on the red carpet.
And his high fashion style only furthered to offset Rumer's ensemble as he looked effortlessly cool in a steel blue shirt and matching tie with grey khakis and trainers.

The pair weren't the only ones excepted to catch a glimpse of Snoop Dogg -- now knows as Snoop Lion.
Also at Sunday's show was X-Men star and former Jennifer Laurence squeeze Nicholas Hoult, who brought along fellow handsome Brit, Ben Barnes.
And Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Nina Agdal, who had partied alongside Rumer and Jayson earlier in the day, was also in tow.

Earlier in the day the couple soaked in some sunrays at the opening weekend celebration of the Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan hotel.

 
Rumer showed off her trim figure in a barely-there black triangle bikini.
But the outfit was oddly paired with a very Vegas-style sparkling silver sequinned mini skirt and strappy black leather sandals.
Meanwhile, the young star proudly displayed her freshly dyed ombre locks, which were brightly offset against her long black knit cover-up.

And on Friday the thespian couple, who have been dating since August, shared a romantic snap upon their arrival in Sin City.
'Sitting down for dinner @LavoLV w/ @Jayson_Blair,' Rumer wrote. 'So excited.'
The party weekend is a welcome break for the young star, who just finished shooting the romantic comedy, There's Always Woodstock, with Katey Sagal and Jason Ritter.
She will also be seen starring in this year's drama, The Odd Way Home.

Interest rate cap on credit union is raised

Credit unions will go head-to-head with payday lenders after the Government announced it would raise the cap on interest charges so that unions do not make losses on short-term loans. The Treasury yesterday confirmed it will introduce legislation that from April 2014 would raise the interest rate ceiling on credit union loans from two per cent to three per cent a month following a consultation with lenders. Three per cent a month works out at APR of 42.6 per cent. Currently, restrictions on interest rates mean that while unions can make decent returns on long-term loans, loans of a similar length to those offered by payday lenders tend to operate at a loss. Helping hand: Short-term credit union loans will be more expensive, but more sustainable for unions and still well cheaper than payday loans.
