Now that's a pair of boots! Joshua Jackson keeps a firm grip

While many celebrities thrive on gimmicks, and most prepare for an event as if it's their one and only wedding day, there are a small band of low-key actors.
Diane Kruger belongs to that group, and luckily for her, has the Teutonic beauty to pull it off.
But 36-year-old displayed used her bare-faced chic to make a sexy ensemble seem almost deceptively wholesome at a screening of her new film The Host on Wednesday.

The stunning German appeared to be wearing suede trousers that turned seamlessly into high heeled boots but on closer inspection, they were in fact Louboutin boots that went right up to her crotch.
A short studded dress by Chanel allowed the German actress to preserve her modesty, but her boyfriend Joshua Jackson still kept a tight grip on her as she climbed out of a taxi.
The 34-year-old Dawson's Creek alum was looking pretty natty himself in a bright blue suit with matching waistcoat.

The star-studded event took place at the Tribeca Grand Hotel in New York City.
The actress was joined by her co-stars Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons, and Jake Abel, as well author Stephenie Meyer at the Cinema Society and Jaeger-LeCoultre hosted screening.
Directed by Andrew Niccol, the sci-fi flick follows unseen enemy invaders that take over human bodies and erase their memories.
