Lost in thought! Hilary Duff's baby son Luca strikes

He might have only just turned one, but it seems that Hilary Duff's son Luca already has a lot on his mind.
The actress couldn't resist taking a photograph of her little one who was striking a thoughtful pose on Wednesday, and uploading the snap to her Twitter account.
Clearly a proud mum, the star wanted to show the world what a deep thinker her son was, even at such a young age.

The 25-year-old Lizzie McGuire actress, who is rarely spotted out and about without her little one these days, couldn't resist getting into doting mum mode.
She took the close-up picture of Luca as he sat at home, and captured him at the moment that he pursed his lips and looked up to the ceiling, looking like he was deep in thought.
The blonde baby looked wide-eyed as he gazed upwards, looking like he was pondering on something serious, which clearly tickled his famous mum.

Amused by his cute pose, Hilary decided to show it off to all of her followers, writing underneath: 'I was just thinkin... #nofilter.'
A few days before, Hilary and husband Mike Comrie had celebrated their son's first birthday, getting him a robot cake for his party.
'Can't believe Luc will be 1 2morrow!Time has flown by!So proud of my little man!very blessed 4 a strong healthy boy& many wonderful memories,' she wrote on Twitter the day before.

On Tuesday the blonde haired actress was spotted carrying little Luca through LA, while he slept on her shoulder.
The well-behaved little one dozed peacefully as his mum loaded him into the car after running a few errands and hitting the shops.
The svelte star then headed off for a Pilates class, proving that she's still dedicated to staying in shape after all her hard work getting rid of her post-baby weight.

Britain's most famous aristocratic supermodel Stella Tennant has died at the age of 50, just months after splitting from her husband. Her family praised her as a 'wonderful woman and an inspiration to us all' in a statement which confirmed her 'sudden death' yesterday.
