The 38-year-old model was seen cradling her new-born daughter in a blanket on Wednesday, but it was difficult to distinguish where the little girl was in the material.
Nell was seen out in London with her little girl running errands and stopping to speak to well-wishers.

The super-fit model also had a brunette bobble hat on her head to keep her warm.
Nell and her husband Paul Hardcastle's new addition to the family is all the more special because the model had suffered problems with pregnancy prior to her birth.
