And Simon Cowell appeared to be in great spirits as he hit the streets of Twickenham and Richmond on Wednesday for his charity walk with partner Lauren Silverman, 43.
The music mogul, 61, who broke his back in an electric bike accident just 10 months ago, gave a thumbs up and was seen celebrating after competing the challenge.

Simon kept things laid-back for the charity walk, donning white shorts and a long-sleeved black T-shirt.
Ensuring optimum comfort for the lengthy distance needing to be covered, he wore a pair of black trainers and matching socks.
The Got Talent judge also sported a black face mask for some of the stroll however took it off at some points on the outdoors route.
Lauren was also perfectly dressed for the occasion in black leggings and a top, with the beauty wrapping a grey jumper around her toned midriff.

The couple's walk, which saw them joined by several other people including the charity's vice president Karen Sugarman, comes after Simon reportedly told friends he feels '110 per cent' amid his broken back recovery.
Simon has raised more than £55K for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices after promising to complete the walk, despite the life-altering injury he sustained last year.

But a source close to the star told The Mirror that he is back on top form.
They said last Wednesday: 'Simon is back to full fitness and has been telling pals he feels "110 per cent".
'He jumped at the chance to do the charity walk as it’s a cause so close to his heart.
'He has a contacts book bulging with celebrity friends and rest assured they will all be getting calls about donating.'

Simon, Lauren and Karen are completing the challenge to honour children who have passed away, after being supported the hospice charity in their final moments.
Simon has been using the last year to rebuild his health and fitness after injuring himself during an electric bike incident last year.

He reportedly came within 'one-centimetre of being paralysed' when he fell from the vehicle and broke his back in multiple places.
The entertainment mogul was rushed to hospital at the beginning of August when he fell from his bicycle whilst taking it for a test drive at his house in Malibu.
He was at home with his partner Lauren, their son, Eric, six, and his stepson Adam, 14, at the time.
