Chicago family law attorney, 61, charged with sexually assaulting a colleague 'told one victim she would lose custody of her children if she didn't have sex with him'
David Pasulka, 61, was arrested this week and charged with eight new felony counts
A prominent Chicago family law attorney who was charged last summer with sexually assaulting a colleague has been accused of doing the same thing to two other women.
David Pasulka, 61, was arrested this week and charged with eight felony counts including aggravated sexual assault and sexual abuse after the two new women came forward, cops said.
A spokesperson for the department told DailyMail.com that a total of six women have now come forward with allegations against Pasulka.
Four women had previously accused him of sex crimes from incidents between April 2012 and October 2017.
The new charges stem from the alleged assaults of the two new women at his law firm from early 2017 until as late as 2019.
On Wednesday, Pasulka appeared before Judge Susana Ortiz who set his new bail amount at $100,000. He was already out on bond in the initial case and was released from custody after posting the new amount, according to the Cook County Jail.
Some of Pasulka's new charges stem from when he allegedly threatened one of the women, a 48-year-old client, with losing custody of her children if she didn't have sex with him.
Prosecutors said that the client visited with Pasulka in three appointments at his Pasulka & Associates firm, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Pasulka reportedly kept bragging about his power and influence to the alleged victim as he fondled her, according to the outlet.
The lawyer allegedly told the woman to 'be smart' and if she 'does the right things she'll get full custody.'
Prosecutors said Pasulka later went to the woman's home and touched her under her clothes while in her daughter's bedroom.
The woman said 'no,' prosecutors said, and was told 'not to be so uptight' as she tried to get away from Pasulka.
He then gave her his business card and said he would write his custody recommendation for her case in her favor if she changed her mind.
She received the report recommending custody go to her ex-husband days later, the Tribune reported.

The woman ultimately did lose custody of her kids but Pasulka then allegedly claimed she could regain partial custody if she had sex with him.
The woman visited Pasulka's office to prepare for her trial and was sexually abused by him while alone in a conference room in May 2017, prosecutors said.
Pasulka allegedly assaulted her several other times between 2016 and 2017 but prosecutors said instances fell outside of the statute of limitations, WFLD reported.
Some of the new charges Pasulka faces relate to a 31-year-old paralegal who worked at Pasulka's law firm, prosecutors said.
The paralegal alleges that her boss 'continuously sexually abused and assaulted and threatened to destroy her reputation in the legal community,' prosecutors said.
She said Pasulka would grope her butt and breasts and force her hand to touch him inappropriately during conference calls with clients, according to the Tribune.
The woman claims she was pinned against a couch and raped around Thanksgiving in 2017 when Pasulka sent everyone home early for the holidays -- except for her, WFLD reported.
Prosecutors said that the woman was later directed to monitor Pasulka's emails as a function of her employment and she saw an email that apparently revealed another victim — not the 48-year-old, the Tribune reported.
Pasulka had also allegedly threatened that unknown victim with losing custody of her children during her divorce, according to the outlet.
The paralegal quit her job and reported the alleged abuse to police, according to prosecutors.
Last year, Pasulka was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting an associate at least five times in the law firm’s offices, the Tribune reported, marking the first victim to come forward.
He also was accused of inappropriately touching a second associate more than 60 times over the course of several years and sexually abusing a client.
He doesn't have a listed home phone number and a call to his office was not immediately returned.
According to court records, Pasulka was barred from practicing law after the first charges were filed, pending disciplinary action by the state's Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
Pasulka's website says he 'has earned a reputation as a premier litigator throughout Illinois.'
'David uses his reputation to settle matters favorably for his clients. David has been a mediator of divorce matters for his entire career.'
He received the North Suburban Bar Association's President's Award in 2017, according to his website, and has been published in legal journals including the Illinois Bar Journal.
