Five people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after three men were injured in a hit-and-run when a lorry was driven the wrong way along a road.
Police were called to reports of a 'violent incident' which broke out on the A449 in Crossway Green, Worcestershire, at around 10.45pm on December 11.
During the disturbance, a HGV travelled in the wrong direction down the road before ploughing into the trio of men and driving away.
The truck was found abandoned nearby while the three victims were rushed to hospital with leg injuries.

West Mercia Police said three men, aged 18, 21, and 48, were arrested alongside a 21-year-old woman on Monday. A fourth man, aged 27, was detained today.
A force spokesman said: 'Police have made a fifth arrest in relation to the attempted murder in Stourport.
'A 27-year-old man was arrested today in connection with the incident which occurred on Friday, December 11 in Crossway Green.
'Three men were injured during the incident and two of them remain in hospital.
'This follows four arrests which were made on Monday.
'Three men aged 48, 18, and 21 and a 21-year-old woman, were also arrested on suspicion of murder and have since been bailed.

'We believe a passing motorist stopped to help at the incident and we are keen to speak to them and any other witnesses.'
Witnesses said three men were with a woman and had arrived in the area in a blue Ford before the incident.
Police have said an unknown silver coloured vehicle was also involved.
Over the weekend there was a heavy police presence at the scene and officers cordoned off a section of the southbound carriageway.
Forensic officers could be seen loading items onto a white van, while there were a number of police vehicles, and the road was reduced to one lane to passing traffic.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: 'We were called at 10..48pm on Friday to an incident involving an HGV.
'We sent four ambulances, HART, two paramedic officers and critical care paramedic to the scene.
'When crews arrived they found three patients, all men. The first patient was treated for serious injuries, the second was treated for injuries not believed to be serious and the third was treated for minor injuries.
'All were conveyed to hospital for further treatment.'
