A porn casting agent and and actor who brutally raped his female friend has been kicked out of Australia for good despite living in the country for more than 50 years.
David Bullmore lost his last-minute bid against the Federal Court to remain in the country and will not be allowed back into Australia.
The 61-year-old attacked the woman in April 2008 as she slept in her bed while her children were nearby, and was found guilty by a jury in 2016.
He was jailed for three years and given a deportation order for the horrific incident, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Bullmore left Australia in 2019, despite moving here when he was four, and is now living in a squalid boarding house in London.
In a desperate bid to return Bullmore took Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton to the Federal Court claiming the decision for his removal was made on a false conviction.

The deportation order was handed down following the guilty rape verdict.
After fighting the conviction in various courts Bullmore fled the country in late 2019, before the rejection was handed down.
Bullmore spent most of his life living in Victoria and Queensland after moving to Australia at the age of four.
He also frequented Sydney and tried to find 'centrefold looking' women to join movie projects with him.

The actor's show-reel promotes his 'really menacing' acting skills, as he bares his teeth and chokes a woman who is gagged and bound.
The Federal Court ruled that Bullmore had a 'real' risk of sexual reoffending despite him claiming it was 'irrational, illogical or unreasonable'.
The challenge against the Federal Court was rejected with claims the 61-year-old was in complete denial over his criminal history.
Bullmore told News Corp Australia he was going to keep fighting the decisions in the High Court.
'Yeah, just keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going to the High Court if I have to, it's not constitutional what they are doing, it's a total breach of the constitution when it comes to British citizens because we're not aliens,' he said.
'Under the constitution they have no right but they have made legislation contrary to the constitution. I'll take it to the High Court, I'll win it easily. It might take me five years.'
