Have you seen Simon? $250,000 reward for popular chef missing for 15 YEARS after he disappeared from a Sydney motel
A fresh reward has been announced for anyone who can help solve the mystery of a chef who vanished without a trace in 2005.
Simon Knight, 32, was last seen at the City Crown Motel in Surry Hills, Sydney CBD, where he spent the night on July 21, 2005.
A $100,000 reward was announced in 2018 for any information that would lead to the location of Mr Knight and on Friday that was upped to $250,000.

Mr Knight was last heard from when he contacted an escort agency in Kings Cross the day he disappeared.
No one had contact with him following that, New South Wales Police revealed in 2018.
Mr Knight was a chef in Newtown and several other Sydney locations.
He lived in Redfern at the time of his disappearance.
An inquest was held into the disappearance of Mr Knight in 2008.
The coroner was unable to conclude whether Mr Knight was dead or alive.
There have been several pleas for information into the disappearance of Mr Knight over the years, including 2008 and 2018.
