Child rape case sees seven men appear in court after investigation into abuse of 10 girls aged between 12 and 16
Seven men have appeared in court following an investigation into the abuse of ten girls aged between 12 and 16.
The charges all relate to offences said to have happened in Redditch, Worchestershire, between 2011 and 2017.
The men appeared at a series of hearings at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
Numan Mohammed, 22, formerly of Redditch, is charged with two counts of rape involving girls.

He is further accused of six offences of sexual activity with a child, four counts of inciting a child to sexual activity, two counts of sexual activity in the presence of a child, and sexual communication with a minor.
Arslan Tazarab, 24, also of Redditch, is accused of raping a girl under 16.
He is also facing two charges of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence, six counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, and two counts of causing/inciting a girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity.
Ethashan Tazarab, 20, is accused of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and also engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
Abdul Hussain, 21, of Redditch, is accused of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and sexual assault of a woman.

Usman Ali, 27, of Redditch, is facing six allegations he engaged in sexual activity with a child.
Usmaan Asghar, 21, of Redditch, is accused of sexual assault of a woman together with two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child.
Richard Jonathan Weaver, 28, from Droitwich, Worcestershire, stands accused of raping a teenage girl.
All the defendants were conditionally bailed to appear at Worcester Crown Court on December 1.
The seven men were charged in connection with Operation Beam, a West Mercia Police investigation into allegations of sexual assaults carried out against girls in Redditch.
