This week: Actress Juliette Lewis's toned shoulders
WORKOUT SECRETS: Last week, the actress, who is turning 40, attended a function in a dress that displayed her perfectly toned shoulders.
Lewis is a fan of yoga, Pilates and plyometric training - which uses jumps and bounding to improve strength and tone.
She raves about Barry's Bootcamp, an hour-long gym circuit said to burn 1,000 calories.
And her shoulders owe something to the 'fight training' she does with Muay Thai martial arts expert Roxy Balboa.
WHAT YOU CAN TRY: The dumbbell shoulder press will tone muscles in the shoulders and upper arms.
Stand up straight with feet hip-width apart, abdominal muscles tight and knees relaxed.
