Pippa Middleton was conspicuous by her absence at a lavish Parisian party held in honour of Vicomte Arthur de Soultrait’s 31st birthday last week.
The Frenchman’s little brother Marcy got Pippa, 29, into trouble last year when he dragged her in front of TV cameras at Arthur’s 30th bash.
