Kate Beckinsale was spotted showing off her sensational street style while legging it around New York City this Wednesday.
The 47-year-old film star cut a royal figure in a sleek purple trouser suit that was fitted enough to accent her sculpted frame.
She clashed a large white handbag against her gleaming striped ensemble and balanced expertly on a pair of heels.

Kate opted for a large pair of black sunglasses that matched her mask as well as the shade of nail polish she was wearing.
The Love And Friendship actress swept her hair back into a ponytail and added a sprinkle of dazzle with necklaces.
Her latest outing comes after she gave Extra an interview where she said: 'Do you know, I've really barely ever been on a date.'
The Underworld star quipped: 'Like I literally kind of meet someone, get to know them at work and then either marry them or get pregnant by them, on the whole.'

She has certainly never been on a blind date where 'I'm meeting a total stranger' as 'I just can't think of anything I'd hate more than sitting in front of somebody I don't know, that chances are I won't like, and then have to sit and watch them eat food.'
Kate shares her 22-year-old daughter Lily with her ex-boyfriend Michael Sheen whom she was involved with from 1995 to 2003.
From 2004 until 2016 Kate was married to Len Wiseman, who directed her in the first two Underworld films and has been a producer throughout the franchise.
Michael happened also to have been Kate's co-star in multiple Underworld films including the original one which came out in 2003.

Kate was regarded as having dumped Michael for Len but she denied as much to Entertainment Weekly in 2012.
'The popular notion of how Michael and I broke up - that we were on the first and I ran off with the director - is just not true,' she said.
'If that were the case, I think it would be very difficult and peculiar to have an okay situation. But everybody involved has felt that the priority is Lily and wanting to get to a good place for her. And everyone is nice. So it’s not bad.'

Michael has said the split 'was obviously not easy, but in the end it was absolutely fine. I think we were both brave to have given each other the opportunity to say: "This isn't making us happy any more. We need to try for something different."'
The Welsh actor, who has done three Underworld films, clarified: 'He's a lovely bloke, Len, and I never felt like anything had gone on behind my back.'
In recent years Kate, whose late father was the English comic actor Richard Beckinsale, has dated a number of much younger comedians.
