April and Robin have been going strong for nearly seven years, after first meeting at a party back in 2014.
They went public with their romance the following year and eventually got engaged on Christmas Eve 2018.
Thicke, 44, also has an 11-year-old son Julian whom he shares with his ex-wife and actress Paula Patton.
