NFL star Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen have sold off their homes in New York City and Massachusetts while consolidating properties as they gear up to move to 'Billionaire's Bunker' in Miami, now that Brady is playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The couple sold their apartment at New York City's 70 Vestry Street for $37million to a Connecticut-based financier, the New York Post reported.
Brady and Bundchen bought the 12th floor, five-bedroom apartment in the waterfront condo building in 2018 for $25.46million, according to property records obtained by the newspaper.

The apartment - which has a 1,900-square-foot terrace and five and a half bathrooms - was sold in what a source close to the deal said was a 'really quick sale.'
The newspaper first reported it was in contract to sell to the financier and expected to close soon on December 9.
Although they've sold this apartment, Brady and Bundchen still have another unit in the same building which they are holding on to.
'They love the city, and the building, and they are keeping a smaller residence at 70 Vestry,' a source told the New York Post.
Confirmation of the bigger apartment's sale comes 11 days after the couple sold their Massachusetts home, where they lived while Brady was quarterback for the New England Patriots.
Property records showed that their 12,112-square-foot mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts, was sold on December 24 to James Kittler, a trustee who runs JDJ Family Office Services, Boston.com reported.
It's unclear who purchased the home as Kittler was not believed to have been the actual buyer of the mansion, although it was said to have been purchased by a Boston-area buyer.

The actual sale price of the home wasn't listed, but Boston real estate experts thought it might've been sold for about $32.5million.
The home had originally been put on the market for $39.5million in 2019, before the price was dropped to $33.9million and then removed from the market when the coronavirus pandemic began in 2020.
The house was then relisted in the spring with a new broker who did not make the asking price publicly available.

Brady and Bundchen are said to be consolidating their properties following Brady's move down south to Miami, after he joined the Buccaneers for the 2020 season.
The couple were reported to have purchased a property in Miami's exclusive Indian Creek Island community, where model Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner, and Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump will be among their neighbors.
According to the New York Post, Tom and Bundchen paid $17million for the Florida property, which they are now tearing down. In its place, they are building what's been described as an eco-friendly dream home.
Indian Creek is a 300-acre island in Florida's Biscayne Bay known as 'Billionaire's Bunker.' It is watched over by a 13-person security force that patrols the perimeter of the island.
About 30 homes are located on the island, at the center of which is one of Florida's most exclusive country clubs and an 18-hole golf course.
Brady (left in August 2020) and Bundchen have since purchased a property in Miami, where their neighbors will be Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump (right in 2020), as well as model Adriana Lima
While their dream home is being build, Brady and Bundchen were reported to be renting Derek Jeter's home in Miami.
News of Brady and Bundchen's Indian Creek property purchase came on the heels of word that Ivanka and Kushner buying Julio Iglesias' property on the island for $32million.
It's thought that Ivanka and Kushner's purchase of a Florida home - and the decision to move their family's residency to the state - could pave the way for her to run for office in Florida when the Trump administration ends.
Brady has long been known to be friends with Ivanka's father, President Trump, after meeting in 2001.
Brady told Howard Stern in April 2020 that his friendship with Trump led to his being questioned about politics, which he didn't want to discuss, while Trump was campaigning for president in 2016.
'It was uncomfortable to me,' Brady said, according to Yahoo Sports, adding 'You can’t undo things — not that I would undo a friendship — but the political support is totally different than the support of a friend.'
As a free agent, Brady signed a two-year contract with the Buccaneers said to be worth $50million.
