Horrifying moment passenger, 32, is ejected from her Uber when a speeding Dodge Charger smashes into it in Brooklyn
A woman was riding in the back of an Uber in Brooklyn overnight when a speeding Dodge Charger crashed into the ride-share vehicle, causing the passenger to be ejected onto the roadway.
The collision took place at around 12.30am on Monday at the intersection of Bedford and DeKalb avenues in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.
A black Honda Accord operated by an Uber driver was going westbound on DeKalb Avenue when the Dodge Charger - which was painted with the ghost face character from the Scream horror movie franchise - apparently ran a red light and T-boned it.

This Dodge Charger seen at the intersection apparently ran a red light and smashed into the rear of the ride-share car
The impact caused a 32-year-old woman riding in the back of the Uber to be ejected onto the roadway
Surveillance video from the area captured the moment of impact, which propelled the Honda onto the sidewalk, where it came to rest next to a corner bodega.
The female ride-share passenger came flying out of the backseat and landed on the ground.
'She looked lifeless when I saw her,' a witness recounted to WABC.
She was later rushed to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition.
The Uber driver was taken to the same hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Ryan Ortiz, 22, the driver of the Dodge, was hospitalized in stable condition
The driver of the distinctly painted Dodge, identified as 22-year-old Ryan Ortiz, was being treated for injuries at Kings County Hospital. He was listed in stable condition.
Police said charges against Ortiz, from Middletown, New York, were pending.
In the hours leading up to the crash, video shared on Instagram showed his vehicle doing 'donuts' in the middle of the street. The recording has since been taken down.
