'You're going to vote for Trump whether you like it or not!' MAGA fans threaten Australian TV star by recording her license plate as she drives past polling place
Australian TV star Ajay Rochester has reported a group of Trump fans to the FBI after they threatened her while she was driving by a polling booth.
The former Biggest Loser Australia host, 51, was making her way through Beverly Hills on Saturday when she became caught in the middle of a large Make America Great Again rally.
Ajay Rochester, 51, is best known as the former host of The Biggest Loser Australia. She has resided in Los Angeles since 2010, but is not eligible to vote in the election
Rochester - who now lives in the US - recorded a TikTok video of the group heckling her as she waited in her car at a stop light.
'Your mother voted for Trump! Your mother loves Trump!' one of the men can be heard taunting in the clip, which received tens of thousands of views.
In the video, the same man then walks to the front of Rochester's vehicle and looks at her license plate before he states: 'We got your plates, we know who you are. You're going to vote for Trump now, whether you like it or not!'
Rochester says the encounter was an act of voter intimidation because it took place just 250 feet from the nearest polling booth.
Voter intimidation in the United States is illegal under U.S. Code § 594 and is punishable by a fine and up to twelve months in prison.
Ironically, the Trump fans failed to realize that Rochester is not an American citizen and is therefore unable to vote.

The TV star lives just several blocks from where the incident took place, and she told her TikTok followers that she was fearful the man might track her down.
Rochester called the Beverly Hills Police Department to report the incident, but she alleges they showed little concern at the time.
After the video was shared widely on TikTok, the police reportedly commenced an investigation.
Rochester says she has also contacted the FBI.
The TV star - who most recently appeared on Australia's edition of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! - is urging her followers to help identify the man who took her license plate so that he can be arrested.
The video has sparked concern on social media as many Americans head to the polls for early voting ahead of Election Day on November 3.

'I bet each and every one of these people would find images / videos like this SHOCKING back 10 - 15 years ago,' one wrote.
'They would think "This could never happen." Propaganda works.'
Rochester rose to fame as the host of The Biggest Loser Australia, which she presented for four seasons between 2006 and 2009.
That year, she was charged with welfare fraud and a high-profile court case ensued. She subsequently avoided a conviction and relocated to Los Angeles.
The star has lived in LA for the past decade where she has had a hosting role on FOX's So You Think You Can Dance.
