'I don't want to comment about anything': Jim Biden refuses to answer questions about whether big brother Joe was involved in their family's China business

Joe Biden's brother Jim refused to answer questions about the family's dealings with China, when asked on his doorstep by Fox News.

The camera crew saw Jim, seven years younger than Joe, arrived back at a house in Maryland, which Fox said was linked to him in public records.

'I don't want to comment about anything,' Jim said, as the Fox News reporter yelled questions from the street.

Asked if he cared to answer questions, Jim said: 'Nope.'

Jim has been thrust into the spotlight as a result of questions asked about a company, Sinohawk, which he founded with his nephew Hunter - Joe's son.

The company was set up with three other people - family friend Rob Walker, British businessman James Gilliar, and former Navy lieutenant and businessman Tony Bobulinski.

Bobulinski on Tuesday night told Fox News that he was angry at Joe saying he had no knowledge of Hunter's business deals, when he himself was introduced to Joe as his business partner in a China venture.

Bobulinski met Joe in Los Angeles on May 2 and 3, 2017, in an encounter arranged by Hunter and Jim.

Bobulinski claimed that on May 3, 2017, after speaking to Joe, he went to the Peninsula Hotel in Los Angeles and met with Jim.

Bobulinski insisted he was telling his story because the American public needed to know

The former Navy lieutenant said that, having security clearance himself, he was aware of the pitfalls and questions, and asked Jim why Joe would take the risk of being associated with their company, which could raise eyebrows politically.

'Plausible deniability,' Jim replied, according to Bobulinski.

Hunter Biden has for several years been used as a stick with which to beat his father, and in recent times Jim has been similarly scrutinized.

Jim has done business around the world, in places such as Iraq, and raised suspicions that he was trading off his brother's name.

The Biden campaign has refused to engage with specific questions about the Bobulinski allegations, first aired hours before the presidential debate on October 22, and then revived on Tuesday.

Early January 2020: The FBI tell MacIsaac not to talk to anyone and to stall if a Biden representative comes to get the laptop back
