'My name is Angelica Rose Brecker and I hate n******s': Woman flashes swastika tattoo near her crotch as she spews racist abuse in shocking video

A woman has been caught on camera spewing racist abuse and pulling down her jeans to reveal a swastika tattoo.

The woman, believed to be from Maryland, slurs her words, seems to have trouble keeping her eyes open and identifies herself as Angelica Rose Brecker.

She repeatedly uses the N-word in the vile clip, which she later revealed in a Facebook post was recorded when she asked the man for marijuana before the video began.

'White lives matter,' she says at the beginning of the recording.

'Say it again,' says the cameraman.

'N****** don't matter,' Brecker replies.

Her rant then veers into centuries-old bits of debunked racist pseudo-science, such as that black people's 'skulls are thicker.'

'Your babies different. Y’all are not us,' says Brecker.

Throughout her woozy rant, Brecker keeps upright a cup with the word 'chili' printed on it and a utensil sticking out.

'Who matter, white power matters, you're saying?' the cameraman asks.

Brecker then hooks her left thumb into the waistband of a pair of jeans that are almost more hole than denim. She lowers them to reveal a tattoo of a red and black swastika.

She eventually gets in the passenger seat of a parked dark sedan with a license plate in the window, at least two hubcaps missing, and a dented front fender.

'Racist, racist,' the cameraman repeats.

Brecker agrees.

'I'm racist. I'm racist. My name's Angelica Rose Brecker, and I hate n*****s.' At that the cameraman seems to drive off in his car, leaving her behind.

In a typo-ridden Facebook post, Brecker downplays her racism by seemingly implicating President Trump: 'Stop acting as if im thr only one our president hates blacks to.'

She adds: 'i have jad black friends.'

In a 2013 Facebook post, Brecker shares a picture of what she says is her father tattooing her above her left hip - right by where her swastika tattoo was in the video. A friend commented, 'I think I know what that one is lol'

In 2013 she shared a picture of what she says is her father tattooing near her crotch. It appears to be in same spot as the swastika tattoo.

A friend commented, 'I think I know what that one is lol.'

In other posts Brecker says 'Me want Xanax' and claims she is a prostitute.

In a Facebook video from 2016, Brecker conducts a backstage tour of a strip club, possibly the Red Room Cabaret in Baltimore.

'We are live from the Red Room,' she says. 'I'm a take you outside to see some p****'

She says she is a 'dancer' on Facebook.

A phone number listed for the club was not in service. Strip clubs in Maryland have been closed since March due to coronavirus.

Brecker did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
