Britney Spears' former property manager Andrew Wallet may recover co-conservatorship control together with the singer's father Jamie Spears

Britney Spears' former estate manager Andrew Wallet may recover co-conservatorship control alongside the 38-year-old singer's dad Jamie Spears.

According to court records obtained by Us Weekly, Jamie'filed a petition with the Superior Court of California' to reinstate the Camarillo-based lawyer as co-conservator on Britney's estate on Tuesday.

Andrew, who resigned voluntarily as Britney's co-conservator at March of 2019, reportedly'signed an affidavit stating he is consenting to act since the co-conservator again with Jamie.'

As for the Womanizer songstress' money assets, the total was cited as $2.7 million.

In February of 2008, Jamie and Andrew gained control over Britney's estate. This happened shortly after the singer had her public breakdown.

Over eight-years after on March 4, 2019, Andrew voluntarily relinquished his control and'requested to dissolve his powers as swiftly as possible,' according to court records at the moment.

'The conservatorship is engaged in several ongoing business activities requiring immediate attention and it therefore is in the best interest of the conservatee the approval of Wallet's resignation along with the issuance of amended letters of conservatorship of the estate occur immediately and without delay,' court records read at the time.

Substantial detriment, irreparable harm and immediate threat will result to the conservatee and her estate in the event the relief requested herein in not granted on an ex parte basis,' the files concluded.

Six-months later Andrew left the picture, Jamie resigned from his role as only conservatorship as a result of alleged'private health reasons' and Britney's maintenance manager Jodi Montgomery temporarily took over the responsibility.

Despite the condition of her conservatorship remaining unchanged due to a court hearing on Wednesday, Britney Spears went on to express her thanks to fans for their service on Instagram.

While she made no immediate mention of this continuing legal drama, supporters were left puzzled by her choice to talk about a video in which she recorded some of her favourite items, and asserting that's what commenters were asking her around.

From the caption alongside the video, Britney continued on her subject from earlier in the day, roughly how quarantine through the pandemic is proving a learning experience.

She wrote:'feel as though we will return now in quarantine as a massive transitional stage in our lives.... . We don't know when things will return to normal but we are staying optimistic and learning so much about ourselves!!!!'

She then expressed her gratitude to her many supporters.

'For me I want to thank all of my beloved... sweet... real lovers for being so damn lovely!!! ,' the pop star shared.' I can feel your hearts and I know you'll feel mine... thank you for your service!!!'

From the pre-recorded movie, Britney, 38, wore a puffy sleeved patterned crop top along with a couple of choker necklaces.

Her blonde hair looked a little windswept and her eyes were ringed with her standard dark shadow and black liner.

'So I am here today to answer all of your queries on your comments,' she began.

'And the first question you guys ask me is what's my favorite holiday... my favorite holiday is probably Halloween just because I like getting dressed up. I really like the candy and I love scaring people,' she said.

But her lovers were quick to comment on the clip and how it struck a somewhat eccentric chord.

'These are certainly not the questions we're asking,' another composed.

One commenter indicated the questions were from way back in 1999, although others requested the star:'are u ok?'

BUt she'd begun her afternoon Thursday, in a philosophical disposition as she posted to her Instagram.

She started her article with:'It's the little things... and I don't have any clue what I was thinking when I have a freaking black ink triangle in my right hand!!!!'

Britney, 38, went on:'During this period of quarantine I really feel like making homemade bread... hanging my clothes outside to dry.... And really discovering my internal grace!!!'

'Going back to the previous customs and understanding life has far more meaning.... Also residing for the gorgeous surprises life is certain to give!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!!'

A couple of hours afterwards, she shared the following 2 photographs to Instagram, which seem to be older pics she has previously shared where she is wearing a blue and white patterned peasant's blouse and light makeup.

This moment, her fans and #FreeBritney supporters commented about how they'd seen the pictures before and why was not she submitting new ones, and expressing concern for her wellbeing.

It feeds to the conspiracy theory that the hitmaker is being held'hostage' by her caretakers and her articles are being faked to try and convince people that she's okay.

Her daddy Jamie described the effort as'a joke' in an interview with PageSix.com earlier this month and said the conspiracy theorists'do not have a clue'.

On Wednesday, Britney's childhood friend Jason Alexander, whom she married in Las Vegas in January 2004 only for the marriage to be annulled 55 hours later, asserted to have insight into her life.

Jason united fans to get a #FreeBritney rally outside the Caribbean LA courthouse where her hearing about her conservatorship was being held.

He said he'd been in contact with Britney via text message Tuesday night and said she needs the conservatorship to end.

'She does get to do things, you know visit a vacation for a week, but it's all supervised. It is not like she could just go do exactly what she desires,' Jason said.

'She is ready for this to be finished with, it is holding her back,' he added. 'It is really sad because it's affecting her relationship with her children and folks like her friends that she'd like to hang with but she can not.'

The lawful move gave her father control over her estate and finances as well as giving him the ability to make decisions on her behalf concerning her welfare.

In her legal conflict, Britney is asking a judge to allow her temporary care supervisor Jodi Montgomery, who took over last year when her dad became sick, to continue indefinitely in that role.

Court documents filed by her attorney stated that she'strongly opposes' her dad Jamie continuing as sole conservator.

However, Wednesday's hearing adjourned with no changes being made, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that the hearing was only a standing conference and nothing can move through the legal procedure until particular records are filed with the court.

Based on TMZ, there is a conservatorship in place as it has been deemed that Britney is incapable of making lifestyle choices for herself due to mental illness. And that is going to stay the case until and when a statement to the contrary is accepted by the court.
