REVEALED: RHOBH star Erika Jayne 'spent $25M from her estranged husband Tom Girardi's law firm on her glam squad, PR firms, a dance agency and $14M in AmEx purchases'

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne allegedly spent $25million from her estranged husband Tom Girardi's law firm on her American Express card and her glam squad, it has been reported.

Lawyers for the trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of the Girardi Keese firm allege the company transferred the money to Jayne's EJ Global LLC, according to a letter they sent to her lawyer on Thursday, Page Six reported.

The letter will be filed with the bankruptcy court as a part of the legal proceedings, a source told the outlet.

Jayne, 50, filed for divorce from Girardi, 82, in November and has denied wrongdoing after the law firm filed for bankruptcy and he was accused of misappropriating $2million intended for victims of Indonesia's Lion Air 610 crash.

Her company reportedly paid $102,596.77 to Kim Kardashian's former executive assistant Stephanie Shepherd, right, and $1,000 to influential makeup artist Mario Dedivanoic, left

From 2008 to 2020, Jayne allegedly spent $14,259,012.84 on her American Express card and $1,417,587.50 on unknown purchases - as well as $1,532,774.88 on an agency for dancers and choreographers, the McDonald Selznick Associates Agency.

Her company reportedly paid $102,596.77 to Kim Kardashian's former executive assistant Stephanie Shepherd.

EJ Global reportedly paid $17,415 to Opus Beauty - a management agency that represents make-up artists, stylists and costume designers - and $1,000 to influential makeup artist Mario Dedivanoic.

Her company also made payments to a number of various public relations firms, while doling out $10,400 to Los Angeles Times Magazine and $8,480 to the company that publishes Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter, E5 Global Media.

'Mrs. Girardi signed under penalty of perjury the return and personally approved the charges allocated to the breakdown,' the letter reads.

In total, Jayne allegedly owes the law firm more than $28million for her purchases plus interest, the trustee's lawyer Ronald Richards told Page Six.

'It is immaterial whether she knew her husband had improperly diverted funds from clients,' Richards said.

'What is relevant is that she received complete and total value for the receivable and a formal demand for payment was sent. We are hopeful she backs up her on-air statement last night that the victims come first.'

Jayne had said in an episode of RHOBH that aired Wednesday that the family members of the victims of the Indonesia plane crash 'are owed their money,' but that she did not know Girardi had given her $20million in loans from his law firm.

Her lawyer told Page Six that she 'never had and does not have personal liability for any debts or obligations of EJ Global LLC, period.'

Jayne's attorney slammed the 'malicious' allegations from the trustee as a 'reckless publicity grab.'

'None of the payments and no money whatsoever went to Erika,' the statement from her lawyer to Page Six reads.

Her attorney added: 'On behalf of Erika, we will seek all appropriate remedies against all responsible parties for claims such as these.'

In July, a judge ruled that Jayne may have to pay three other clients of Girardi that he allegedly embezzled $11million from out of her own pocket.
