Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill shows off HUGE diamond ring after 'soulmate' Daniel Fryer proposes on their Italian vacation: 'I'll love you always'

Taylor Hill capped off her enviable Italian vacation by getting engaged to her boyfriend Daniel Fryer.

The 25-year-old Victoria's Secret Angel shared the happy news to Instagram with a sweet photo of her businessman fiancé getting down on one knee on Friday.

The happy couple have been spending some time in the gorgeous Italian town of Sorrento in recent days.

Taylor looked overwhelmed in her proposal photo, as she covered her face with her hands as she was swept up by a wave of emotion.

She looked lovely in a tightly pleated hot pink sleeveless dress, while she wore her shoulder-length brunette tresses in delicate waves.

Daniel, who kept things simple with a white linen shirt, navy trousers and loafers, beamed up at his love while presenting her with her gleaming ring.

In a sweet follow-up snap, the catwalk star showed off the large emerald-cut diamond ring while Daniel held her hand.

In addition to the main diamond, the band also had two smaller triangular sparklers.

'My best friend, my soulmate, I’ll love you always ✨,' she gushed in her caption while immortalizing the date.

Taylor shared the happy news with several reposts from friends in her Instagram Stories.

Her sister Mackinley Hill, also a model, posted an image of Taylor beaming ear-to-ear as she held up her ring for a closer look.

Daniel's family had joined the couple, and they posed with them on the side of the cliff while Taylor posted pink hearts over their heads.

The model and her fiancé were first linked back in February of 2020, when they were spotted holding hands around Los Angeles.

Daniel is a cannabis entrepreneur who runs the research company Arcadia Analitica and is a principal in the London-based firm Cannatlantic. 

Another cute snap featured her sister Mackinley sitting with her legs on Taylor's lap as they embraced.

Taylor shared a playfully photo to her Insta Stories featured her taking a call while showing off her engagement ring.

She and her sister looked as if they'd spent some time in the sea as they posed together in bikinis on a rocky outcropping.

Taylor appears to be in a moment of change, as it's unclear what her future with Victoria's Secret will be, or if they'll even have an ongoing relationship.

She has been an Angel with the lingerie company since 2015, but the brand recently announced plans to discontinue its work with the Angels in favor of new spokeswomen better known for their accomplishments and philanthropic work.

Earlier this month, soccer star Megan Rapinoe and Priyanka Chopra were named among a group of seven new women who will continue to represent the brand.

Although it seems that the days of the Angels and their lavish wings are gone, it's unclear if Victoria's Secret will continue to utilize Taylor and other traditional models in other contexts.
