But Tilda Swinton looked to be making the most of a break in her schedule as she enjoyed a lunch out with her partner Sandro Kopp, 43, and a group of pals on Saturday.
The actress, 60, cut a casual figure as she ate out in the Italian capital of Rome with her partner of 17 years, her daughter Honor, 23, and a group of friends.

Tilda wore an oversized sky blue shirt over the top of a pair of pink trousers and slip-on shoes.
She accessorised her ensemble with a hat in a similar colour to her shirt, a pair of sunglasses and a red face mask.
Meanwhile her partner Sandro wore a simple green T-shirt and blue denim shorts, alongside a pair of green trainers and socks.
At one point, before the group left the restaurant, Sandro leaned in close to Tilda so the pair could share a tender kiss with one another.

In an interview with British Vogue earlier this year, the Doctor Strange actress admitted she never set out to be a movie star.
'I've never had any ambition as an artist. That may sound crazy and transgressive, but it's a fact,' she told the publication.
'If you'd asked me when I was 10 or 20, I would have said my only ambitions were to live in a family, to have friends that made me laugh and laughed at my jokes, and to live in the Highlands of Scotland, by the sea with a lot of dogs and a kitchen garden. Seriously.
'And I have been really blessed to be able to achieve them. Everything else is a bonus. Everything else is just icing and candles and flowers alongside.'
