Poehler was dressed in a bright purple jacket during the outing and kept her hood up for most of the walk, although she later removed her head covering while spending time inside the restaurant.

The 49-year-old actress kept a black fanny pack slung over her right shoulder and contrasted a matching pair of joggers with a set of white sneakers as she hung out with her former costar.

Jones opted for a black overcoat and a loose-fitting pair of pants as she made her way along the rain-soaked streets.

The performer, 45, was also seen wearing a striped t-shirt and a set of New Balance sneakers that added a bit of color to her otherwise dark outfit.

Although Parks And Recreation ended in 2015, the two reunited for a special episode entitled A Parks And Recreation Special, which aired in April of last year.

Series co-creator Michael Schur had concluded the series without any intention of producing a reboot in the future, but the onset of the global pandemic caused him and Poehler to change their minds.

The episode took the form of an extended Zoom call, although the writers took great care in making the special fit into the show's continuity and worked with the performers in order to make the featurette seem as seamless as possible.

A Parks And Recreation Special aired on April 30 of last year and was met with widespread critical praise for both its storyline and the performance of the actors.

The broadcast also helped over $3million dollars for Feeding America's COVID-19 Response Fund, which was also lauded by many reviewers.
