The Lada Riva driver was spotted with the huge front of a juggernaut on top of his motor at traffic lights.

In the bizarre footage, filmed in Tbilisi, Georgia, the traffic lights turn green and the tiny car sets off.

The vehicle struggles to pick up much speed as it drives with the front of the truck balanced precariously on top.  

The front of the juggernaut is twice the size of the little car, which shot to popularity in the UK during the 90s.   

Despite driving slowly, the car manages to keep going with the giant object perched on top as cars speed past.  

One person said: 'This is a real vehicle, not like the new plastic coffins.'

Another added: 'Lada can handle everything and it's unbeatable!' 

A third joked: 'My dream vehicle.

'All the style of a classic Lada with the added authority of the truck cab. The extra seating capacity is the icing on the cake.'

Lada is a Russian car firm, owned by Renault, that is considered to be affordable and is popular in former Soviet countries.

In 1994, there were 134,297 Lada cars registered in Britain, a number which had dwindled by 99.9% to 179 in 2018. 

The Lada, which was first built in the Soviet Union in 1970 by the Russian car giant AvtoVAZ, sold more than 300,000 cars in the UK between 1977 and 1997.
