Pawn Stars' Corey Harrison 'trashed a rented RV causing $30,000 worth of damage and is refusing to pay for it'

Pawn Stars' Corey Harrison has been accused of trashing a rented RV causing up to $30,000 worth of damage and refusing to pay for the repairs.

The reality TV star, dubbed 'Big Hoss', allegedly rented the huge 37-foot vehicle from owner William Villafana via the rental marketplace RVShare back in October.

Harrison, 37, told Villafana he was planning to use the RV as an office during a three-day trip to California, the outraged owner told DailyMail.com.

Villafana said Harrison instead kept the vehicle for six days and returned it completely wrecked, with both the body of the vehicle damaged and the inside trashed.

Photos show the mess inside the cabin with eggs smashed on the floor and other items strewn around.

Villafana has filed a complaint with the North Las Vegas Police Department as he said the Las Vegas pawn shop owner has refused to fork out for the damages.

'The guy is worth $2.6 million or something like that - just pay for your damage,' Villafana told DailyMail.com, adding 'I just want my RV fixed.'

Villafana said he was contacted by RVShare that someone called Richard Harrison wanted to booked the RV for three days from October 20.

The booking said Harrison wanted to use it as an office and wanted it delivered to his home.

Villafana said he didn't realize the renter was the Pawn Stars personality until he dropped the vehicle off on October 20.

'When I delivered it I realized it was Corey,' he said.

Villafana said the reality star was 'nice' when he met him and he went into his home for them both to sign the rental agreement documents.

A photo of the form reveals that in the space where the renter can detail any pre-existing damage before they take the vehicle away, Harrison has written 'don't be a d**k'.

Villafana said he left him the keys expecting the RV to be returned to him as arranged three days later.

But, October 23 came and went without the vehicle's return and Villafana said he received a message from Harrison's assistant saying they wouldn't be back in time and were still in California.

Villafana said he then spoke with the assistant via text message again the following day and she told him his RV had been in an accident involving an ATV.

The owner said he 'didn't want to come down hard on them' and was concerned if they were okay.

Villafana said he was told him they would tow the RV back from California.

He said he didn't hear anything further until late on October 25 when he heard via the rental platform that it had been left at the storage facility where he keeps it.

He said he went to see it first thing in the morning of October 26 and discovered it had been completely trashed.

Images of the exterior show the RV body ripped up.

'There's a big gash at the rear of the body, various scratches... the awning was missing... the slides that make the RV wider those are destroyed,' he said.

Inside the RV, the contents of the fridge are pictured tipped on the floor, with eggs smashed, vodka bottles littering the area and sand everywhere.

'It looks to me like they left it in a sandstorm as I've never seen so much sand,' said Villafana.

'It looks like they vandalized it.'

Wires appear to have been pulled out in places and dirty towels are also dumped on the ground.

The steps leading into the vehicle are also heavily marked.

The frustrated owner estimated there was between $20,000 and $30,000 worth of damage.

He said he got an $8,000 estimate for the body repair and a new awning would cost $7,000 then there are other costs such as cleaning not to mention loss of business from other bookings.

He said he was forced to cancel 10 reservations with other people looking to hire the RV due to the damage.

Harrison is now refusing to pay for the repairs and it was not covered by the insurance on RVShare, according to Villafana.

He said this is because the company said coverage only went up to October 23 when the original booking ended and because 'Corey denies he damaged it.'

Two months on, Villafana said all he has received so far is $1,200 for the awning because Harrison admitted he damaged it.

But the owner said the awning was missing and a new one will cost $7,000.

Villafana told DailyMail.com the timing of the saga had been especially difficult for him and his family as they were relying on some income from renting out the RV after their business was 'destroyed by COVID'.

'Our other business was destroyed by COVID so we had this RV which we purchased to rent out,' he said.

'Due to COVID it's mot been rented out as much so basically it just pays for itself.'

He slammed Harrison saying he should 'man up' and pay, adding that he isn't looking for a payout just to have his vehicle back the way it was.

'I just want my RV repaired and then I'll go on my happy way,' he said.

A spokesperson for Harrison told TMZ that the vehicle wasn't driveable after the 'pop outs' broke.

'Corey rented the RV, the pop outs wouldn't go back in and it was not driveable. He had it towed back to Las Vegas and had insurance on it,' they said.

Harrison shot to fame in the popular History channel show Pawn Stars which documents him and his father Rick Harrison working in their Las Vegas pawn shop - World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop.

The show is now in its 18th season and fans know Harrison as 'Big Hoss'.
